Problems logging in to your
chosen site?
If you are having problems logging in to your chosen
site then there are a few options open to you...
1. We are affiliate website of Clickbank's system
and send users to final product website. Many of our recommended
products are sold through a sales agent called Clickbank. If you
made your payment through Clickbank then after registration you
will have received a receipt of registration from clickbank.com/Keynetics
Inc by email. This e-mail will have originated from the address
receipt@clickbank.com and will have been sent to the e-mail address
you used during the registration process. In this e-mail you will
find a paragraph that reads "If you did not receive your
access please click the link below to retrieve it" Please
click that link and it will take you back to the members access
page with your username and password and log in URL. If you did
not receive such an e-mail then first of all please be sure to
check your Junk e-mail folder or spam folder to make sure your
e-mail is not in there. If your e-mail is not there then you will
either have deleted it by accident, or you did not make your purchase
through Clickbank. If this is the case, or if for any reason this
doesn't work, then please proceed to option 2...
2. Please go to the site that you joined, and click through to
the members log-in page. Very often there should be a link on
this page to the effect of "Forgotten your password?".
If so, click on this link and you will be prompted for your e-mail
address. If you fill in your e-mail address then your log-in details
should be sent to you by e-mail. Sometimes the "Forgotten
your password?" link will not appear on the log-in page until
you have made at least one unsuccessful attempt to log in. If
you can't see this link, then try and log-in with any random log-in
details to see if the "Forgotten your password?" link
appears and then follow the instructions above. If this doesn't
work and you still can't see the link then proceed to option 3...
3. Please go to the support or contact section of the site you
joined and e-mail the administrator for help, giving him as much
information as possible about your problem. He should be able
to retrieve your log-in details and will be able to e-mail them
to you. Please remember that the administrator of this site may
live in a different country and so may be in a completely different
time-zone to you. As such, please ensure you wait at least 24
hours for a reply.
If none of the above works and you don't receive a satisfactory
response from the administrator of the site you joined, then you
should request a full refund. Scroll down for information on how
to do this.
Technical problems?
If you're having any technical problems with any
product you purchased or any website you joined that's advertised
by us, then please visit the support section of the site
you joined. Every website advertised by us has a "support"
link or a "contact" link (sometimes this is only available
from within the members area). Please follow this link and e-mail
the administrator of the site you joined with any technical queries
you may have. The administrator of the site you joined is an expert
on his/her product and will be able to help you far more than
we can. Also bear in mind that technical support is included in
the purchase price or membership fee of all our recommended products
and sites - so you are entitled to this technical support because
you paid for it. Please remember that the administrator of the
site you joined may live in a different country and so may be
in a completely different time-zone to you. As such, please ensure
you wait at least 24 hours for a reply. Please be aware that we

you are thoroughly dissatisfied for any reason, then remember

Claiming back a refund
Although we do our best to recommend only quality
products and websites here, the old adage "you can never
please all of the people all of the time" is certainly true,
and sometimes people paid for a product or service which just
didn't live up to their expectations. This is why most of the

(and this is not necessarily true of other review sites on the
