i just bought a zune i just have some few questions about the marketplace. once i create an account do i automatically pay the $15/month?and if i susbscribe a podcast which is free,do i still have to pay for the $15/month?

i have the zune pass which lets me download unlimated songs. the only problem is that lately it hasnt been letting me download any music. always a little yellow and black exclamation point comes up and it says "Error occured 80070057" i have tried the zune website and help and such, but no luck. HELP?!
