Problem Wth Mp4 Videos For Zune?

The Videos are in Mp4 Format in my Zune Libary but when i right click it and go to properties all of the information is o like it isnt on the computer but it is.Help Thanks.
Thanks,When i 'm in Zune I Go to my videos stored on the computer that is in mp4.I right click on it and there is no information. It Says Length-00:00,
Bit Rate 0 Kbs,Media Type:MPEG-4,Location C:/Documents and Settings/owner/my documents/My Videos,Artist Resolution 0,File Size 0.

    Do the videos play properly in the program and on your Zune device? What bit of information does that o in your question represent? Are you saying that when you go to properties there is no information there at all?

    Give a little more detail and maybe we can help.
