THANKYOU
Oh yeah, dont say ipod touch because thats more then a xbox 360!! THANKYOU and i would really like to hear what the people with 3rd gen nanos say, if the back and screen are scratched and if they like it over the zune ….?=]

iPod nano scratches less, due to its aluminum casing, while the zune will scratch more easily since its not, Zunes have larger screens then nanos, You can use http://www.Soundclick.com and http://www.ProjectPlaylist.com for free music, but in ProjectPlaylist you must follow the link in which the song you have selected came from. You can convert DRM to a mp3 format using any freeware online that converts DRM to mp3, Yes, you can put that unlimited music on itunes and put it on your iPod. Zune cases can be purchased online, anywhere else… im not too sure, sorry! But anyway, I hope my information was informative enough.
UPDATE: Oh Yeah! The back of the new iPod Nanos scratch like mad. Be warned!!
Hi sorry dunno about the Ipod or Zune… I have a different MP3 player… but what I KNOW about really is EMUSIC…
As I´ve explained in other answers, my experience with them has not been bad. It was HORRID!
I signed up for their "trial" offer and got my songs. I did not like the fact that it took long to download, and with several problems (downloads interrupting sometimes, having to convert the files, and others).
So I cancelled and all was well. I only downloaded as many songs as my trial gave me. But when I got my credit card bill, I noticed they had charged me!!!!
Not only that: after uncountable emails to try and get an answer from them (and a lot of stress), I got their reply. They said that 1) my account was still active! and 2) that I had downloaded more songs than what I actually had, which is of course not true.
As a result, they simply took my money and their reason to do so was their made up story. They even sent me a list with some songs I HAVE NEVER EVER EVEN LOOKED AT saying "here´s what you´ve downloaded", like I was a thief or something. It was REALLY annoying. And then they said "they" had cancelled my account "again", although I had an email confirmation from them, from a month before, saying the account was closed.
All I can do now is inform as much people as possible about my experience, hoping they will not get stuck with them as I did…
SO, just to sum up: they lie and lie some more just to get customers and money. And once they have it, they just dissapear or become rude to you by email. A BIG NO NO.
Good luck
