<description>Let me make sure Im understanding your question. You are saying that when you go to the Zune Marketplace to buy a video or download using the Zune Pass you get this error message? Or is this occuring when you try to play videos in the Zune program that are on your computer already?

If it is occuring with files you downloaded and are trying to play in the Zune program then the file is corrupted. Either back up the file if it is still on your computer and convert it again for Zune or delete it from your computer completely and download and convert it again.
