  Here are the detailed steps I sum up, you can take it as reference(it you want to capture stream video from internet, the way is same):
  1.Install the videodownloader extension. This is a plug-in for Firefox. It enables you capture streaming video from website

  2.After installing videodownloader, restart Firefox. In the bottom right, you'll see a little box. Go to the video you want to download, double click that little box, and select download link. Then you could download the streaming video you want. (Note, you have to rename the file extension from “html” to “flv” when you save the link. Make sure your compute is show file extension)
  3.The video downloaded from youtube is flv, you must convert them to wmv mp4 for zune, I alwalys use aimersoft zune converter suite, it can convert dvd video to zune with quite fast conversion speed and excellnt output quality, that's really good, you can free download it here for a try;

  4. After conversion finished. Run Zune software, connect your Zune device to computer via USB cable, then the Zune software will detect your Zune player. Drag the converted video to Zune software and click “Start to sync”, then your video will be transferred to Zune

  u can use flv downloader,. it is able to save and download any streaming video from youtube,Google Video, Myspace, Metacafe, Dailymotion, iFilm, Music, eVideoShare, StreetFire, etc. off to your computer's hard drive free.

  AS your downloaded youtube vidoe is flv video, you just have to get a flv converter to convert flv to mp4, and then sync them to your zune with zune software. I always use Moyea FLV to Video Converter to convert flv video to MP4,WMV video, read this tutorial
