The Zune Pass details list that some songs may not be available, and can be obtained through Zune points. Is this mostly relevant to new music? I am interested in purchasing the Zune Pass, but would like to know if the unlimited music option includes new releases. Also, if you have any examples of instances where the Zune Pass failed you; please share.

Does the Zune Pass allow you access to new albums (those released within the last few days)?
